Resort Services ("we," "us") collects the following information when you apply for a position through this website: your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for (or that you are submitting a general application), any message or cover note you provide, and your résumé file.
How we use this information. We use it solely to evaluate your application and communicate with you about it. We do not use it to build a profile about you for any other purpose, and we do not run automated or AI-based analysis over your application materials to make decisions about you.
How long we keep it. We retain applicant records, including your résumé, for 36 months (3 years) from the later of (a) the date of your application or (b) the position being filled or closed.
Your rights — withdrawing vs. deleting. Contact us at careers-privacy@resortserviceslinen.com at any time to withdraw (stop considering you immediately) or request deletion (same, plus your résumé and application details are permanently destroyed at the end of the retention period — not immediately — and we'll tell you the scheduled date).
Security. Your résumé is scanned for malware before storage; access is limited to authorized recruiting staff.
